When I graduated from BYU years ago with a degree to teach Home Economics Education I choose to raise my family as a stay at home mom. Now that they are out on their own, I realize how valuable cooking skills were in raising my children. It brought them home each night and helped us communicate and have fun through their teenage years. I am hoping you will visit my blog to enrich your family life. I hope you will hear “What’s for dinner?” And learn a love of cooking for others like I have! I blog to share great recipes and teach others the joy of cooking! Some of my most popular posts are Pink Ombre Cake, Eighteen Minute Parmesan Chicken, Light Crispy Glazed Donuts and The Most Delicious Bread. Come on over and have a look! I’d love to hear from you.

Thank you so much for featuring my Pumpkin Pie Sugar Cookies–they are delicious! I totally agree with you on the cooking being so important in a family. Our family centers around the kitchen and I consider it one of the most important anchors of our home. Casual and serious conversations take place here and offer a place to gather together while enjoying each others company and food. Great thoughts!
