Busy Monday 102

It’s really hard to select just a few features each week because there are so many great links!  The criteria I use includes:  spread the love,  backlinks, number of clicks on each post, clear photos, unique perspective, fun twist.  There is always a wild card . . . The wildcard makes everything worthwhile because we are on this planet to encourage each other, to draw out the best others have to offer and to learn from each other, whether beginners or long time pros! Thank each of you for stopping by to share your great ideas, creative projects and yummy eats!  Thanks to everyone who takes time to check out other links.  You make this party fun for everyone! To this week’s party. . .

  12. Thank you Charlene for the feature on my Basic Popovers. To be totally truthful on the subject of getting features I am totally amazed every time I get one. When I took this photo I knew that I loved it, that’s is why I used it, but I really never thought I would get a feature on this recipe because it is just a basic popover… come on hard are they to make? But I guess I don’t know squat huh? I don’t know if it was the picture or if I got a lot of clicks last week or if I was the lucky card draw but all I can say is…. Thank you it is greatly appreciated and have a great week!

    • Hi Raven – ‘tis no mystery! I liked that you admitted that you’d never had a popover, that you wanted to see what all the fuss was about so you dived in and made some. Curiosity makes a good cook great, IMHO! Popovers are fairly simple but extras like preheating the muffin pan and caution not to open the oven door might stop some cooks from trying them. Your rave review is encouragement to take a chance and dive in, too! Here’s to adventure and trying something new – just because you haven’t done it before!! Cheers! Charlene
