A Pinch of Joy

Eat Healthy, Do it Yourself, Live Well, Have Fun.

Busy Monday 383

A gorgeous fall day — sunny, cool and the ornamental gardens are at their peak.  We walked along the neighborhood brook and noted almost 30 new trees planted in back yards this summer.   Reminded us that we want to plant two trees in front and replace a poor little aspen that is not thriving in the back.  Here’s to shade and more bird song!!  May your plans and dreams provide you joy!  Thanks for stopping by to link today!

Thank you for hosting! This is what was served during the week 9-9- to 9-13 in my home. On Tuesday morning was Pumpkin Pancakes with Cinnamon Mousse. Wednesday we served a delicious Pumpkin Spiced French Toast Amaretto Sauce. Wrapping up this first pumpkin week in Michigan we enjoyed a No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake. Enjoy!
