Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies with white chocolate chips

- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper (or lightly grease the cookie sheet)
- In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil and mix well to make a thick dough.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop out tablespoonsful of dough and roll into balls. Place cookie dough balls on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 6 – 8 minutes until lightly golden on the bottom.
- Cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet, then remove to cooling rack.
