Basil Balsamic Pork Chops

Savory pork chops — quick and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (4 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in gallon size freezer bag. Seal, pressing out air.
  2. Let set overnight or longer in refrigerator.
  3. OR prepare and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours before grilling.
  4. Discard marinade before cooking in one of the following ways:
  5. GRILL on preheated grill, until meat reaches internal temperate of 160 degrees.
  6. OR BROIL, about 5” from broiler, turning often for about 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160F.
