Hearty, filling and cheesy delicious, this stromboli is quick and easy to make. Low carb and family friendly!

Ingredients
1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
1 pound ground beef, approximately 2 cups
1 egg
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper or to taste
1¾ cup mozzarella, shredded
ΒΌ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1tablespoon olive oil, for brushing on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In medium frying pan, saute ground beef and seasoning until browned.
Drain fat and let cool slightly.
Lightly grease 10 x14 cookie sheet and unroll pizza dough on cookie sheet.
Mix together the raw egg and mozzarella cheese. Add slightly cooled seasoned meat and stir quickly to combine.
Spread pizza dough with ground beef and cheese mixture. Roll up like a cinnamon roll on cookie sheet. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let set 3 minutes to cool slightly, then slice diagonally across the roll to make 8 pieces.
