Serves: 6 servings
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms

  4. Cut bacon slices in quarters and brown bacon in the same skillet. Add to crockpot when done.
  5. Add mushrooms to the bacon grease and cook until mushrooms start to soften.
  6. Add chicken broth and cook until the liquid starts to bubble. Stir frequently scooping up bits of flour, chicken and bacon in the liquid. When liquid starts to simmer, pour into crockpot.
