Hot Fudge Sundae Saucy Cake

- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup white sugar OR Splenda for Baking
- 3 Tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- ¼ cup cocoa
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, while following directions above
- Bake 40 minutes
- Let cool 15 minutes
- Cut into squares and invert each on to plate.
- Serve with ice cream topped with the sauce scooped from the bottom of the pan.
- Nine servings.
