A crispy cookie with graham cracker crumbs and sweetened condensed milk as a base for chocolate and toffee. A uniquely delicious flavor!

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 can, 14 ounces, sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 package, 12 ounces, semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup English toffee bits
  • 1 ½ cups flaked coconut
  1. Combine butter and milk in large mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder in separate bowl and gradually add to the butter mixture.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips, toffee bits and coconut
  4. Drop by round tablespoonsful about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  6. Let set on cookie sheet for two minutes before removing to wire racks to cool.
