What do you do with a bag of bananas? Make Peanut Butter Banana Bars! Last time I was at the neighborhood grocery by my sister's house, they had just set out bags of perfect golden yellow bananas. I brought one of the bags home with me. I made Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream and Banana Strawberry Blueberry Smoothies earlier. Peanut Butter Banana Bars were quick and easy to make, no added sugar. Except in the chocolate chips and you could make those sugar free to if you wanted. Or you could substitute chopped walnuts or peanuts instead. Quick and Easy Chicken Ranch Pizza
A really quick lunch piping hot from the oven, Chicken Ranch Pizza is great for when you want some comfort food - fast and flavorful. Reach in the pantry and raid the refrigerator. Flat bread or prebaked pizza crust, shredded or chopped cooked chicken, a couple of sliced green onions and a package of cream cheese flavored with ranch dressing mix. Top with shredded cheese. Viola -- Chicken Ranch Pizza. From inspiration to table in about 25 minutes. I used a couple of cooked chicken breasts pieces left from last night's dinner, sliced thin then cut through perpendicularly to make small pieces. You could also use shredded chicken.
