Ritz-y Rolos

This salty and little bit sweet treat is a great addition to your Christmas recipe collection. Dress up with drizzle following the “helpful” hints or serve plain.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sleeves Ritz or similar cracker
  • 1 package Rolos (you’ll have some left)
  • Drizzling chocolate and sprinkles, if desired

Instructions

  1. Place one sleeve of crackers facedown on an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Place one Rolo on the center of each cracker.
  3. Bake at 350 for five minutes or until Rolo begins to melt.
  4. Remove from oven and press a second cracker on top of each Rolo and press down.
  5. Let cool. If desired put cooled crackers on parchment paper and drizzle with melted chocolate and then add sprinkles while chocolate is still soft.
  6. Store in air tight container.
