The Monarch butterfly migration is in full swing. The purple butterfly bush that we moved last year is loaded with bloom and the butterflies are loving it. They swarm around it and then lift off taking advantage of the slightest breeze to swoop and rise, dip and soar for our beautifully choreographed lunch time entertainment. We have milkweed plants in a corner and have been watching for signs of monarch caterpillars. Not a one. Surprisingly the huge dill plant was full of them! Thanks for linking your posts and awesome ideas on so many surprisingly different topics!
