Finally had a real snow this week! Very picturesque, with slowly swirling huge flakes accumulating quickly. And the best kind of snow as it is already melted four days later, instead of hanging around for weeks. I’m now ready for spring and today is beautiful and sunny! However, it is still quite cold and the weather woman is making noises about possible snowfall again this week. As Plains dwellers we’ve learned to live by the old recitation: I reckon we’ll take what we get! Which pretty much covers everything! May “what you get” this week, be exactly what you need! Thanks for stopping by to share your awesome posts!

I know we need the snow/moisture around here, but we’ve gotten practically none all winter and I just can’t make myself be sad about it. 😉 Thank you so much for featuring my Seven Things I Wish Everyone Knew About Photos post! I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for hosting this delightful link party, Charlene. 🙂

Our weather has been so crazy. We’ve had a few warm sunny days, although right now it is 17 degrees! I love, “I reckon we’ll take what we get.” So true. My husband and I sometimes say (about many things that have happened!), “This is what we’ve got.” 🙂 thanks so much for the party!

“This is what we’ve got” quite often follows “I reckon we’ll take what we get”!! I think that is called resilience! Or resignation – not sure. LOL

I appreciate your sentiment, Charlene – we’ll take what we can get, too! While we’d love to see a bit of grass on the ground, I’m guessing it will be some time before that happens! Thanks for another great party – we’re sharing #12 and #26 today. Have a great week!
