Weatherperson has had difficulty keeping up today. Repeated stay home warnings for potential blizzard tonight and through Tuesday. In the meantime, we've had brief periods of sunshine, a skift of snow. a pounding of heavy rain, casual breeze to heavy winds -- and just a few minutes ago, a tornado warning a couple of counties over. Daylight Saving Time slipped my mind this year. Total shock when the late news lady said, don't forget to set your clocks ahead tonight!!! Usually I slip around setting clocks ahead in the evening and plan things so we can get to bed at least half an hour early. Not this year. In fact, we were almost two hours behind in our routine. Who knows maybe this is the way to go. Just jump in late and paddle fast!!! I'll know more on Tuesday morning about how that works! Thanks for stopping by to share your awesome posts this week! On the good side of the ledger this week, we made another trip to the University Medical Center and found that one of Wheel's issues was not an issue after all--yay!! And the second issue is treatable and curable. And we can get the treatments in our home town. As the doctor said -- if you have to have this disease, this one has those plusses and most of the people I see would certainly like to have them, too. Well, if you put it in that perspective. . . . .we'll take it. May your worries have positive answers this week! Thanks for stopping by to share your awesome projects, ideas and recipes! The snow geese are passing through on their spring migration -- early this year. They stop along the Platte River and spend several days fueling up to continue their journey. Whooping cranes have begun to arrive for their fuel stop - also early. The sky is full of whooping and squawking and flapping wings. By the time they fly over our house they are high enough that all we see is the v formation of moving black dots, but we can still hear them quite loudly! Spectacular! May you be reminded of nature and all its continuing wonder this week. Thanks for stopping by to share your spectacular projects, recipes and ideas! Started decluttering at the beginning of the new year and still going strong. Part of it is putting things where they belong since things stalled at the time new carpet was installed - for the second time. A big wrinkle developed in the middle of the room following the initial install. And it's three years later that things are finally finding their home again! Seeing progress on a project that has been on hold is so gratifying! May you make progress on a long term goal this week! Thanks for stopping by to share your wonderful insights and knowledge!!
