These mini cinnamon rolls were fun to make and offered instant reward! Well, not exactly instant but they were ready to eat in about 12 minutes and that’s pretty close to instant in cinnamon roll world. And they are fun to eat and oh so good! Would make a fun addition to an appetizer table. Or a breakfast table. Or with dinner. Or a snack – oh heck, for any occasion, any time! Air Fryer Bacon. I’ve been experimenting with different items in the air fryer I won in a silent auction. When I heard of bacon in the air fryer, I jumped at the idea. One of the things I like about the air fryer is consistent results because the time and temperature is controlled. Another thing I like is that things turn out crispier than other methods of cooking. The airfryer is essentially a small convection oven in which streams of hot air move over and around the food and create the same conditions that makes fried food so delicious. Tuna Melt — Air Fryer
Tuna Melts were the first thing I made in my new air fryer. I wasn’t expecting to buy one last Saturday – especially at the Kiwanis Garage Sale. But there it was on the Silent Auction table, reserved for brand new products from members or sponsors. I picked a random number and three hours later the air fryer was mine. The Tuna Melts I made for lunch today were delicious. I hope that is a good omen for my ownership!! Start with a good tuna. Usually that means a little more expensive – unless you can find a store brand that is just right. Another random find one day when the store had run out of the national brand that was on sale.
