Tuna Melt prepared in an Air Fryer -- A Pinch of Joy

Tuna Melts were the first thing I made in my new air fryer.  I wasn’t expecting to buy one last Saturday – especially at the Kiwanis Garage Sale.  But there it was on the Silent Auction table, reserved for brand new products from members or sponsors.  I picked a random number and three hours later the air fryer was mine.  The Tuna Melts I made for lunch today were delicious.  I hope that is a good omen for my ownership!! Tuna Spread Appetizer in a Bowl -- A Pinch of Joy

Tuna Spread is a healthy - and tasty -  choice for game day snack or appetizer!  Tuna is a great source of protein, vitamins and minerals.  It contains heart healthy omega-3 which helps prevent high blood pressure, maintain heart rhythm and improves the body’s insulin response.   If you want to add healthy fish to your diet, canned or packet tuna is an easy, inexpensive way to do that.  Tuna is low calorie and low carb, and a very healthy addition to your regular diet.   A healthy snack or appetizer for the Big Game -- win win!
