It’s ninety degrees!! In March!! People are breaking out the shorts and lawn sprinklers. Strong winds with even stronger gusts blow night and day. The wildfires in the western part of the state have burned an area larger than the size of Rhode Island times two. It’s crazy!!! But the red finches and black eyed juncos have been joined at the feeders by redwing blackbirds, and shiny black grackles with their long slender beaks and iridescent blue heads. The brown thrasher that shows up every spring is a month early this year. And the huge robin, the Sheriff, is back in town, hopping around, keeping all in order. The rock pigeons and the doves coexist. Busy little sparrows everywhere. May you find bird sized bits of joy in your life this week! Thanks for stopping by to share YOUR awesomeness!
