Labor Day is here! What happened to long, wonderful days of summer? We got the long, but no vacations or weekends gathered in parks halfway between homes. No family reunion, first cancellation in over seventy five years! I pulled out the lone cucumber from the dismal garden yesterday. It was planted with dreams of crisp slices in the spring, but all it ever produced were 3 foot long tasteless clubs. A metaphor for summer 2020, with its loneliness, wildfires, climate changes, social growing pains and the ever-present pandemic. May next year be better in every way!! Thanks for stopping by to share your awesome posts!!! We’ll get through this together!!!
