Winter is threatening here. I am peeking between my fingers at the changing leaves, the fading blooms, the rain marked windows, the foot tall corn and sunflowers amongst the perennials from seeds planted by the industrious squirrel family, the edging project on the north flower bed half- done. I zip my sweater, take my cup of hot chocolate, bump up the thermostat. I know that next week it COULD be 100 degrees and we’ll be back in shorts. This is a Plains state, where the weather is king, Mother Nature is capricious and seasons don’t follow protocol. Thanks for stopping by this week to share your awesome projects, yummy recipes and great ideas!
