Busy Monday 450

This past year has been a mixed bag personally.  Wheels had some urgent medical issues early in the year.  We found wonderful doctors and recovery was swift.  We decided to use the down time after that to work on general health and wellness.  With the gym and pool closed things were certainly  “challenging”.  Can’t say we made huge improvements but at least we didn’t lose ground!
