The “prairie breezes” were in full force this week. Literally gusts up 50 and 60 miles an hour. The neighborhood facebook page is full of requests for blown away wreaths, Christmas decorations and more. I’m just glad it finally stopped after two and a half days of constant wooosh at various volumes, wildly whipping evergreen trees and birds suddenly hanging in midair as they are hit by a gust blowing in the opposite direction.
