Rocky the Rescue Cat is totally upset with the 8 degree weather we’ve had for the last few days. He will set at the door patiently as always until someone opens it for him. He’ll move toward the open door. A gust of bitter cold wind enters the house. He backs up. His tail fluffs up and his back arches. His front paws come off the floor as he rears up and then his front half moves down as his feet hit the floor hard. If you ever seen the start of a cat fight — that’s what it looks like! Another gust of wind and another warning from Rocky. Both door holder and cat walk away knowing Mother Nature always wins! Thanks for stopping by to share your awesome work this week!

Thank you for sharing my Chicken Cordon Bleu. Our backyard feels like a wind tunnel sometimes too. It’s much colder when it’s 45 and the cold wind is blowing 30 mph than when it’s in the 20s, calm and pretty blue skies! Thanks for hosting and see y’all again next week!

Charlene, it has been so cold here as well. No animals to let outside, but the chickens don’t seem to like it anymore than your cat! Thanks so much for hosting, have a great week ahead! Melynda @scratchmadefood!
