A Pinch of Joy

Eat Healthy, Do it Yourself, Live Well, Have Fun.

Busy Monday 422

Haircuts!  We had our first haircuts in almost four months!  Well, real haircuts.  Both Wheels and I “judiciously” trimmed several times.  Maggie approved of his efforts.  She took a look at mine and said there’s no guidelines left there.  And laughed.  So did I.  The top was short — and really short in one place where the scissors “slipped”.  And the back hadn’t been touched in four months.   I couldn’t see or feel a way to cut and no one else in the household would volunteer.  Maggie earned her fee.  And I feel so much lighter!  It’s the little things.  May you find many little things to give you joy this week!   Thanks for stopping by to share your awesome posts!

I haven’t been to have my hair cut since the end of February. I have trimmed a couple of times myself – so far, so good. I have cut my husband’s hair for almost 20 years so he was just fine. I trimmed my dad’s hair once in May and he just went to the barber this week. A lot of people have commented about finally getting to the stylist was a wonderful thing!
    Take care,
