Busy week with a quick trip to the Big City in the eastern part of the state. Wheels heart needed a new doctor and we found just who he needed, so it was a good trip. We met with a nephew and his wife for brunch after the appointment and celebrated good news — no surgery. Life has been a roller coaster for the past six months — to say the least. Thank you for hosting! This is what was served the of week 8-26- to 8-30 in my home. On Tuesday is a Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese Casserole. it can be served at any meal. Wednesday is a Cheesy Rice Casserole with Broccoli. And ending Broccoli week on Friday I am serving my family favorite Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Crescent Ring. Enjoy!
