Today is double feature day! I had scheduled eye surgery. My first eye went well — when you are starting at 5% any improvement is good. My second eye – the seeing eye – went well. I knew I would still need glasses, but underestimated how difficult it would be during the healing process! Much better but will still be a month before my eyesight is stable. At the top of my Thanks Giving list is the ability to see and the prospect of good vision very soon!! And YOU! I appreciate so much your kind thoughts and comments of concern the last couple of weeks. Thanks so much for stopping by to share your awesome projects, recipes and ideas!

Congrats on taking that leap of faith with your eye surgery! I had major eye surgery 10 years ago and it was the best thing I did – even though recovery was not pleasant. Heal quickly!
