Labor Day our heatpump stopped pumping cold air for good. Called five companies. First wouldn’t put in writing the specs of the unit they proposed. Two ignored the call. One keeps postponing appointments. Only one showed up and had his estimate in my email by the end of the day. Decision made as that was one of the brands I picked from online search before I called! We have had 65 degree evenings to balance the 90 degree days so we have been staying cool with open windows at night. May you have the sales department respond to your calls!
